The Personal Agility Questionnaire
The Personal Agility Questionnaire gives you feedback about your ability to think, feel and plan in ways that facilitate change. This change could be in the context of your desired change, in other words, your goals and intentions; or it could be in the context of adjusting to and making the best of unexpected change in your environment.
The PAQ takes 5 minutes to complete. You’ll receive feedback via email which will give you insight into areas that you might benefit from giving attention to in your life. You can also bring your feedback with you to a coaching session or webinar on Personal Agility.
